FAQs

Where is your shop located? We don’t have a brick and mortar and we don’t just do trailhead delivery. We’ll deliver to a home, hotel, your work- anywhere that makes it easy for you within our service area. 

Do you provide helmets? Yes, we have size small to xl large. We do safety checks and clean them too. Feel free to bring your own helmet if you prefer. Helmets are required!

I don’t know where to ride, can you help me? YES! It is important to us that your mountain bike experience is fun and safe. Plus, we love sharing our trail knowledge!

Do you have multi-day or weekly rentals? Yes, please call us with inquiries regarding pricing for multi-day/weekly rentals. We do have certain requirements to protect the transport and security of our bikes.

Do you do same day rentals? Yes, but its based on availability, so you may want to consider making a reservation in advance.

Do you rent e-bikes? Not at this time, but we are looking into partnerships with shops that do rent them.

Do you carry kids bikes? We do not rent kid bikes.

Want to ride purpose-built downhill? Thanks to the work of COMBA and it’s volunteers, we have great purpose-built trails near us. We consider the experience level of individual riders and may direct away from these trails based on your experience level or as we feel necessary to protect individual riders and the equipment of Rocky Mountain Biking, LLC. We do not permit our bikes for downhill park use including Trestle Bike Park or Dakota Ridge.

Do you offer refunds? There is a $50 non-refundable fee for each bike that is reserved. We require 48hrs notice for a refund less the $50 fee. If we have to cancel due to inclement weather and trail condidtions we will refund or reschedule your reservation.

Where’s a good place to grab a beer or food after ride? We help with that too! Consider us your local tour guides.
